Jinan contributes to construction of Leishenshan Hospital
The first Company of China Eighth Engineering Division Ltd, headquartered in Jinan, organized a team consisting of more than 100 workers to be responsible for the electricity and water suppliers, as well as drainage, ventilation and other work on the wards of Wuhan's Leishenshan Hospital. On Feb 8, the hospital was officially put into use and received its first group of patients.
总部位于济南的中建八局一公司组织了百余人的队伍奔赴武汉雷神山医院，负责病房区的水电供应、排水、通风等工作。2月8日，武汉雷神山医院正式交付使用，并收治了首批患者。

Work resumes on Jinan Yellow River Tunnel
Work on Jinan Yellow River Tunnel, the world's largest shield tunnel currently under construction, has officially resumed, with 1,000 meters already completed.
济南黄河隧道——世界上在建最大的盾构隧道近日正式复工，目前累计掘进已超1000米。
The project, constructed by Jinan Urban Construction Group, has a total length of 4,760 m and an excavation diameter of 15.76 m. The project is scheduled to be completed and open to traffic in 2021.
该项目由济南城市建设集团承建，全长4760米，盾构机开挖直径达15.76米，预计于2021年完工并通车。

Medics from Jinan Infectious Disease Hospital and Qilu Children's Hospital of Shandong University are working hard to combat the novel coronavirus, with many staying up until 2 am to conduct nucleic acid tests, and some even having lines on their faces from prolonged wearing of protective equipment.
来自济南市传染病医院、山东大学齐鲁儿童医院的医护人员奋战在防控疫情第一线，他们中不少人直到凌晨2点仍在做核酸检测，有些人因为长时间穿戴防护用具而在脸上留下了一道道印记。

Foreign teachers from Jinan school encourage students through online classes
Foreign teachers from Jinan Xinhang Experimental Foreign Language School have recently started to teach online classes due to the novel coronavirus outbreak. The teachers, currently located in six different countries, are dedicated to their students despite the time difference.
由于疫情突发，济南新航实验外国语学校的外教们最近开始在线授课。这些外教身在6个不同国家，他们克服了时差影响，为学生授课。
"The novel coronavirus will not stop us getting on with life, and I am looking forward to seeing the students back at school in the spring," said one of the teachers.
一位外教说道：“相信灾难打不垮我们，很期待春暖花开时和孩子们在校园重见的日子。”
